No, you do not need to create 2 different accounts. Once you register with us, your login details can be used to search for and hire skilled professionals. Additionally, in the same login, you can list skills or services, which others may buy from you. You only need to get verified from us which consists of sharing with us

  • Any government certified Identity Proof (e.g. PAN Card, Passportetc)
  • Place of business or residential proof (e.g. Passport, Ration Card etc.) and
  • Scanned copy of your cheque(which will help us remit monies to you)

Raghukaka.com is focused on all services that a household needs. So if you have skills or you provide services that a home or a household requires, you can register with us.

You can quickly register with us by filling up a few details on our sign up
page https://www.raghukaka.com/account/signups. You will be allocated a login ID and Password which you can use to login to Raghukaka.com.

In your account, you can list multiple skills or services that you can provide to Home Owners. Remember, there are thousands of service providers just like you on our platform; which means; be accurate, be honest and be creative so that you may stand out.

While you are listing, you will be given the option to enter your service name, areas where you provide these services, pricing that you wish to charge, option to upload images describing your skills etc.

The users will be able to search for and view your listing only after you have been verified by us. This consists of us ensuring that you are a genuine seller and includes verifying the following documents by us:

  • Any government certified Identity Proof (e.g. PAN Card, Passport etc)
  • Place of business or residential proof (e.g. Passport, Ration Card etc.) and
  • Scanned copy of your cheque (which will help us remit monies to you)
No. We only connect skilled professionals with buyers. No merchant is on our payroll.

Every seller or merchant who registers on Raghukaka.com has to go through a verification process that involves verification of their identity proof and their place of business. Additionally, Raghukaka.com assigns a skill rating to each seller or merchant on 10 key parameters to determine relevancy and quality.

Buyers or home owners also rate merchants or sellers based on their experience of how services were delivered.

Quality sellers with higher skill rating and user rating will always be ranked higher. Those who do not make the cut will fade over a period of time.

You can search for merchants based on your need. The search listings will display merchants based on their rankings derived from their skill rating and user rating. Once you shortlist a merchant, you can directly book an appointment.

You have the option to pay the entire amount through us or you can pay directly to the merchant. In case, you wish to pay directly to the merchant, you need to pay a small booking amount for the appointment. The payments that you need to make are through credits that you purchase from us. 1 credit = 1 INR. You can choose to maintain a balance of credits in your account that you can redeem against purchases made. This way you need not transact every time you book a service.

If you pay the entire amount through us, you get a cash back of 5% in the form of credits that are added to your balance.

Sometimes, it is difficult to ascertain the actual value of services that you need. E.g. Architects for Home Interiors – in this case a final quote can be given by the merchant only after your requirement has been fully mapped. In this case, it is advisable to pay only the booking amount for the appointment and you can then pay the entire amount directly to the merchant. If you wish to still pay the entire amount through us, you need to visit the link “Pay Through Raghukaka” from your account and follow the process.

You can cancel an order anytime after your booking.

In this case, please login to your account and access your specific booking within "My Tasks". Here you can click on the “Cancel” or “Reschedule” icon to cancel or reschedule your booking respectively.

Once you cancel your order, the charges you paid will be immediately refunded to your wallet.

You may want a refund if:

  • You have cancelled the order
    • Please refer to FAQ 6 for the process of availing a refund
  • The respective merchant did not show up at the appointed schedule or you are not satisfied by the quality of the services delivered by the merchant
    • In this case, please visit our link Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you have booked a service that is to be delivered in the next 48 hours, it is not possible to reschedule your order.

In this case, please login to your account and access your specific booking within "My Tasks". Here you can click on the "Cancel" or "Reschedule" icon to cancel or reschedule your booking respectively.

We assign a booking amount to various service categories listed on Raghukaka.com. The booking amount is to block your appointment with the booked merchant. The value of the booking amount may differ from category to category and is based on the complexity of the service category, the availability of merchants for the category and our assessment of the efforts needed to empanel merchants for the respective category.

No. if the buyer and seller agrees on the total amounts to be paid for services delivered, you have the option to pay the entire amount through us and there are no other charges to be paid to the merchant.

You can share a feedback by visiting the specific booking within "My Tasks" segment from your account and clicking on "View Detail". Here you can give feedback in the Task Status and Merchant Rating section.

Alternatively you can raise a dispute by accessing the specific booking within "My Tasks", clicking on View Details of the task and choosing Task Not Completed under the relevant section.

No. You can buy and sell both from a single account. You need to visit “My Tasks” and “My Services” sections to track your buy and selling activity respectively.

Once you have created an account and listed your skills or services, our representative will connect with you to complete the verification process. In case, you are yet to receive any update, please click on “Get Verified” button under “My Services” and we will immediately connect with you

Yes, as a merchant you can upload multiple services under the same account.

No, you need not. You have the option to accept orders based on your availability. However remember, the higher the percentage of orders that you deliver, higher your ratings.

No. When a customer books an order with you, you will receive an email and an SMS about the same. You will here have the option to accept or reject the order based on your availability. However you do not have the option to call the customer to reschedule the appointment. Remember this is being done to ensure that customer privacy is not compromised and they are always free of any spam / sales calls.

You can click on the “Request New Orders” with “My Services” button from your account if you think you have capacity to execute more number of orders.

Higher the rating you have, higher the chances that your profile is displayed in search results when customers are looking for your service category.

If your ratings continuously drop, it may also mean that you may no longer be able to procure any business on Raghukaka.com

Once an order has been executed, the customer will have to visit “My Tasks” section of his account and access the specific booking. Here he can choose “Task Completed” dropdownin the feedback section. The customer may also choose to send an SMS to us mentioning that the respective Order ID has been executed. (Please ensure that after you have delivered the services, the customer does not forget to initiate either of the above 2 actions.)

This is our authorization to initiate payments to the respective merchant.

Customers when booking an order either pay only a booking amount or they may choose to pay your entire fees through us. The booking amounts we receive are not transferred to you. However, if the customer chooses to pay the entire fees through us; we remit the funds directly to your bank account after keeping our commission. We typically retain 10% of the amounts as our commission out of which 5% is given as cash back to the customer.

Remember to keep your bank account details updated on your account.

We follow a 30 day payment cycle, which means any amounts that we receive on your behalf will be aggregated and paid out to you once at the end of every month.
